Return Process
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide guidance on the return process.
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost. If a replacement is not feasible, we will offer store credit or a refund based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or not meeting expectations.
- Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for return or replacement.
